Important Information Regarding your Visit with Santa:.

• As per Toronto Public Health all guests age 2+ are required to wear a mask during their visit with Santa and must be worn for the photo.
• A maximum of 6 guests will be permitted per reservation booking
• Children are unable to sit on Santa's lap for health and safety reasons. If your child is unable to sit on their own, please be prepared to be in the photo with them.
• All guests will have their temperature checked and COVID-19 active screening will be in effect prior to your visit with Santa. If a guest has a fever or any symptoms they will not be permitted access to the event.
• Please arrive at your scheduled reservation time as there may be up to 8 families booked into the same session. Families will be seen in the order that they arrive.
• Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time without penalty.
• Any Changes or Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• This is an Access Controlled, Ticketed Event, NO refund or credit will be provided for late or missed appointments.
